1. Service Description

Grantiva provides device attestation and intelligence services for iOS applications using Apple's App Attest API. Our service helps developers verify device integrity and detect potentially fraudulent or compromised devices.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for:

• Legitimate security and fraud prevention purposes
• Protecting your application and users
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

You must NOT use our services to:

• Circumvent security measures or assist in illegal activities
• Discriminate against users based on protected characteristics
• Violate Apple's App Store guidelines or policies
• Harass, harm, or invade the privacy of individuals
• Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise our services

3. Account Responsibilities

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You're responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Overage charges are billed at the end of each month
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 90 days notice

• We retain all rights to our service and technology

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST MONTH. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate immediately for terms violations
• Your data is available for export for 60 days after termination
• Termination doesn't relieve payment obligations

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice for material changes. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
