Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Grantiva platform, including our API, SDKs, dashboard, and related services.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Customer") and Grantiva Inc. ("Grantiva," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Grantiva platform at grantiva.io or integrating the Grantiva SDK into your application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Grantiva on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Grantiva is a mobile developer platform that provides:

  • Device attestation using Apple's App Attest API
  • Device risk intelligence and fraud scoring
  • Remote feature flags with targeting and rollout controls
  • Custom JWT claims for enriched authentication tokens
  • Visual regression testing
  • In-app feature voting and support tickets
  • Device analytics and monitoring
  • Webhook notifications

3. Account Registration

To use the Grantiva dashboard and manage your applications, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Promptly update your information if it changes.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each legal entity (individual, company, or organization) should maintain one organization account. Multiple accounts for the same entity may be consolidated.

4. Acceptable Use

Permitted Uses

  • Legitimate device attestation and security verification for your mobile applications.
  • Feature management, testing, and staged rollout of application functionality.
  • Development and testing of integrations using our SDKs and APIs.
  • Collecting user feedback and managing support tickets through the platform.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Grantiva to:

  • Circumvent, bypass, or undermine any security system or access control (whether Grantiva's or a third party's).
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
  • Exceed published rate limits or intentionally abuse platform resources.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Grantiva service, SDK, or API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Grantiva platform without prior written consent.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the platform.

5. API Usage

Access to the Grantiva API is subject to rate limits that vary by pricing tier. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend access in cases of abuse or excessive usage that degrades service for other customers.

API access for iOS SDK attestation does not require API keys -- authentication is handled automatically via Bundle ID and Team ID. Server-side API keys are required for administrative operations and are subject to these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

Grantiva offers flat monthly pricing tiers based on features and usage limits. There are no per-attestation fees and no overage charges.

Free tier

No payment required. Includes 1,000 monthly active devices and 1 app.

Paid tiers (Pro, Business, Enterprise)

Billed monthly or annually. Annual billing receives a 20% discount. Payment is processed via Stripe.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

8. Intellectual Property

Grantiva's property: The Grantiva platform, SDK, API, documentation, website, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Grantiva Inc. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with your subscription tier.

Your data: You retain full ownership of your application data, device data collected through your apps, and any content you create using the platform. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grantiva's total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Grantiva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Grantiva be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

10. Termination

  • By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time with 30 days notice. Cancel via the dashboard or by contacting support.
  • By Grantiva: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms, including prohibited use, non-payment, or abuse.
  • Data export: Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 60 days. After this period, data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Grantiva platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the State of Delaware.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect, either via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
